TRUGLO, Inc. is not in a position to support warranty claims outside of the United States. Please see below for the TRUGLO, Inc. 12-YEAR LIMITED WARRANTY.

This Limited Warranty does not apply to: (a) asserted defects caused by normal wear and tear of any part including surface finish, etc.; (b) asserted defects caused by modification, unauthorized service, accidents, neglect, misuse, abuse, improper installation or maintenance, acts of Nature; (c) asserted defects involving subjective personal likes or judgments; or (d) products purchased outside the USA.

 

However, if this TRUGLO product was indeed purchased within the USA we kindly ask that you please pursue a remedy through the original retailer where the item was purchased.  The original retailer has been provided the means to assist you under the TRUGLO warranty policy or through replacement at the retailer’s discretion.

 

If purchased outside of the USA, you will need to work directly through the retail dealer where you made this purchase.

 

Prior to contacting your retailer, please be sure to have all necessary documents including, but not limited to receipts and proof of purchase (original bar code) available for your retailer to review. This will enable you to receive an efficient and effective solution to your problem.

TRUGLO® RMA Information

If you have recently enountered a defect or mechanical issue with your TRUGLO product, give us a call toll free at 877-269-8490 or email at [email protected] and a Return Merchandise Authorization number (RMA#) will be assigned to you by one of our Customer Service Representatives.

 

Be sure to have the product name and/or item number when you contact us. The TRUGLO item number can be found above the barcode on the packaging and will start with “TG” (ex. TG6401GB).

 

Please allow two weeks from receipt of RMA# to TRUGLO, for processing and outbound shipping.

 

When we assign an RMA# (Return Merchandise Authorization #), we must first receive the defective product back to TRUGLO before we can send its replacement.

 

The dealer where you purchased this TRUGLO product is also authorized to make an over the counter replacement of this product for you if you are having trouble with any mechanical aspect of the product.

 

If returning to TRUGLO, please be sure to clearly write RMA# on the outside of your package.

 

We recommend to use a shipping service with tracking information available.

 

Please include a check payable to TRUGLO for $12.50 for processing and return shipping, sales tax does apply to the below states.

International Returns and Service

Question:

I purchased your product outside the US. It is defective and needs to be repaired or replaced, can I send it to TRUGLO?

 

 

Answer:

We regret your recent experience and apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused.

 

We cannot receive products back directly from International consumers for replacement and we cannot send replacements directly to International consumers due to US licensing regulations and requirements.

 

The dealer where you purchased your product is authorized to make an over the counter replacement, if you are having trouble with any mechanical aspect of the item.

 

You will need to work through the dealer where this product was purchased as the replacement will require an approved export license from the US Dept. of State.

 

Should you need replacement parts to fix your product, please email [email protected] with details. We may be able to ship replacement parts to you if they do not require licensing. Our staff will be able to provide you with approval and quote for shipping costs to your country.

 

RMA Drop Off

For security reasons, TRUGLO is not able to receive your product in person and kindly ask that you mail in your product under its assigned RMA#.

I live in Canada and my RED•DOT/scope needs to be repaired or replaced, can I send it to TRUGLO®?

We regret your recent experience and apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused.

We cannot receive RED•DOT sights or scopes back directly from consumers in Canada for replacement and we cannot send replacements directly to consumers in Canada due to US and Canadian licensing regulations and requuirements.

The dealer where you purchased this RED•DOT sight or scope is authorized to make an over the counter replacement if you are having trouble with any mechanical aspect of the optic. You will need to work through the dealer where this optic was purchased as the replacement will require an approved export license from the US Department of State and in order to apply for this export permit, we must fitrst have an approved license/permit from the Canadian government to the importer of record.

Handgun Sight Warranty

TRUGLO, Inc. warrants all handgun sights containing tritium to be free from original defects in materials and workmanship for a period of 12 years from the date of original manufacturing, subject to the limitations set forth herein. This warranty applies only to the original retail purchaser and requires the purchaser to supply a copy of the original proof of purchase (sales receipt) at the time warranty service is requested. No additional warranty “registration” is required.

Please note that the illumination of tritium naturally decays over time. A sight that is 12 years old should be approximately half as bright as a new sight.

A DIM SIGHT IS NOT DEFECTIVE. IT IS THE RESULT OF THE EXPECTED AND NORMAL DECAY OF THE TRITIUM AND IS NOT COVERED BY THIS WARRANTY. HANDGUN SIGHTS MUST BE INSTALLED BY A TRAINED GUNSMITH USING A “SIGHT PRESS”. ALL OTHER METHODS OF INSTALLATION WILL VOID THIS WARRANTY. PRODUCTS THAT CONTAIN TRITIUM ARE REGULATED BY THE NUCLEAR REGULATORY COMMISSION AND CAN ONLY BE DISSEMBLED AND SERVICED BY A LICENSEE OF THE NRC.

If this product should malfunction or fail, contact us for a Return Merchandise Authorization number. The RMA number should be clearly marked on the outside of the package. Please include a complete description of the problem, your name, address, telephone number and a copy of the original proof of purchase. All shipping and insurance charges associated with warranty service and repairs are the responsibility of the purchaser. Please include a check or money order in the amount of $12.50 to cover processing and return postage. If an original defect is found by us, we will, at our option, repair, replace or make appropriate adjustment.

Broadhead Warranty

TRUGLO, Inc. warrants all broadheads to be free from original defects in materials and workmanship for a lifetime. This warranty applies only to the original retail purchaser and requires the purchaser to supply a copy of the original proof of purchase (sales receipt) at the time warranty service is requested. No additional warranty “registration” is required. Please note that this warranty excludes blade sharpness and wear from general use. 

If this product should malfunction or fail, contact us for a Return Merchandise Authorization number. The RMA number should be clearly marked on the outside of the package. Please include a complete description of the problem, your name, address, telephone number and a copy of the original proof of purchase. All shipping and insurance charges associated with warranty service and repairs are the responsibility of the purchaser. If an original defect is found by us, we will, at our option, repair, replace or make appropriate adjustment.
