Be aware that TRUGLO dot optics and single piece optic mounts only use the forward installation screw and lug to fit into the slow of a weaver/picatinny rail.
The rear screw tightens the mounting rail to the base and it is also just a bit higher on the side in relation to the front installation screw.
Again, only the forward mounting screw/lug will engage a rail slot.
