The normal appearance of the illuminated, dot reticle will always have some distortion or radiation of color at its edges. This can be more prevalent at higher illumination settings. These reticles are fixed and cannot be adjusted.
If you are concerned about the reticle image you are seeing, we recommend taking it to your dealer where it was purchased and compare it with other similar sights. The dealer where you purchased this scope is authorized to make an over the counter replacement of this scope for you if you are having trouble with any mechanical aspect of the optic. If your dealer is not able to make this replacement, you can send us a message in the Contact Us section of the website to request a Return of Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
